Social Impact Panel PIP Live 2022

I am very proud to have taken part in the Partners in Property Live Conference 2022 in Solihull.

The other panelists were Will Mallard, Amy Varle and Michael Patterson. We covered the Social and Supported Housing space, dealing with local authorities and housing associations, growing Institutional interests, motivations of providers and the barriers to entry.

With my Oparo Social hat on I discussed the appeal and pain points from an Investors point of view, and why it is such a rewarding space to be operating.

I hope those in attendance found our panel insightful and were motivated. Supported housing can have a positive impact on people through the provision of high quality accommodation.
